Jim’s journey began in 1988 when he founded Creative Financial Services, which grew to over $700 million under management. After years of traditional financial advisory, he realized the results weren’t delivering the freedom people were promised. That led him to exit the conventional industry and fully embrace IBC under the mentorship of the late R. Nelson Nash, the pioneer of the Infinite Banking Concept.
In 2007, Jim founded CreateTailwind with a single mission: to teach people how to take control of their money and break free from the shackles of Wall Street, big banks, and excessive taxation. Jim has personally used IBC to start or acquire more than 30 businesses and he continues to use IBC every day in his own life. He is the author of two books: Make Bank Without the Bank (2023) and Ownershift (2025), both focused on helping readers rethink money, reclaim control, and build lasting wealth.
Nick Kosko

Nick is a husband, father of 4, and former airline pilot turned truth-seeker who spent nearly 20 years flying Boeing 747s around the world. After investing in real estate starting in 2004 and experiencing the 2009 market crash firsthand, Nick knew traditional financial advice wasn’t the path to true financial freedom.
Following a pilot layoff in 2010, Nick began searching for a better system. One he could understand, control, and personally prove. In 2014, he discovered Infinite Banking and put it into practice, using it to build passive income that now exceeds his ideal standard of living.
Certified by the Nelson Nash Institute in 2015, Nick teaches Infinite Banking from real-world experience. He has since acquired dozens of real estate units and ownership stakes in multiple businesses, including a franchise and a technology operation involving cryptocurrency and blockchain. Today, as a Wealth Strategist at CreateTailwind, Nick not only educates and inspires others to take back control of their money, but continues to practice what he preaches.
